The one-piece die-cut structure combines an auto-lock bottom with a slot-in flip lid that closes by tucking directly into the box body — no magnets or extra fasteners required, keeping the closure mechanism simple and reliable through repeated retail handling.

1. The box is constructed from coated art paper laminated onto an E/F micro-flute corrugated core, giving a smooth, flat surface with no visible flute texture while still providing genuine cushioning for accessories with internal circuit boards or touchpads. This protects against crushing and impact during warehouse stacking and parcel transit, offering stronger compression resistance than plain paperboard cartons without adding bulk or weight.

2. Its wide, flat panel design is purpose-built for thin tablet keyboards and gives maximum surface area for large-format product photography, branding, and feature callouts — ideal for face-out display on retail shelving, the same layout approach used by major accessory brands like HP. A die-cut thumb notch on the side edge makes the product easy to remove, and because the carton ships flat before assembly, it stacks compactly for storage and loads more efficiently into export containers, reducing freight volume and shipping cost.

3. Surface finishing uses CMYK four-color offset printing paired with brand spot-color matching, ensuring consistent brand-blue reproduction across production batches. A matte lamination finish adds scratch, fingerprint, and ink-rub resistance for handling durability, while the fully integrated die-cutting — creasing, thumb notch, and slot-lid cutout — is completed in a single automated gluing pass for clean, consistent output at scale.

4. The corrugated material is fully recyclable and lightweight, meeting FSC and SEDEX-aligned compliance requirements for export markets, with minimal added packaging weight. Compared to hinged-lid gift-box formats, this slot-lock structure offers a lower production cost, making it well suited to high-volume 3C accessory shipments.

5. Optional upgrades are available to match different product tiers: spot UV coating on logos or callouts for a raised-gloss contrast against the matte base, gold or silver foil stamping for premium SKUs, water-based varnish as an eco-friendlier alternative to lamination for markets with stricter sustainability requirements, reverse UV for combined matte-and-gloss texture, and light embossing on small logo areas (large-area embossing is not recommended, as the flexible corrugated core doesn't hold a crisp deboss).
